Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form are submitted to the third-party provider that supplies results. Fremont Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, the message and its contents are used to respond.

Hosting and support providers may process the ordinary logs needed to run the site. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as needed for these operations.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are kept only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, stored passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by Fremont Residents Directory.
Children and Privacy Rights
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor sent us personal information, contact us so it can be removed. Nebraska's Data Privacy Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. ยงยง87-1101 through 87-1130, supplies state privacy context and Attorney General enforcement, but it does not place ordinary government public records under this private reference's control. Requests about information held by a city, county, court, library, or state custodian must go to that custodian.
