1. Nature of the Service
Fremont Residents Directory is a privately operated reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections related to Fremont, Nebraska. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or material found through it to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order.
- Commit identity theft, deception, or fraud.
- Make a decision governed by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the content at scale.
- Disrupt the service, its security, or its operation.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
Fremont Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Neither this service nor a linked search tool provides a consumer report. 4. Outside Resources

7. Indemnity

11. Nebraska Law
Nebraska law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Nebraska Public Records Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§84-712 through 84-712.09, governs access to many public records held by their custodians; it does not make this private reference an official custodian.
12. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
